I have worked with Claire and Trevor. My program have been tailored to my age (71) and my health challenges. When I first started, I could only do exercises while sitting and lying down. Now that my strength has improved, I can pull the sled with weights on it, walk with bands around my legs and ankles, work with pulleys, and with carrying weights. My P.T. through my health provider said I had "graduated" when I started using a walker.
