Are you a runner looking to reduce injury risk and improve running performance? Join us for our running specific strength training classes! Our class aims to prevent runners from getting injured and improve performance by teaching you how to strengthen your body with exercises specific to running, with proper form and progressions. Each class will teach you how to properly warm up and will go through a different exercise routine every week to target common problem areas specific to runners, all with real time feedback on how to improve your form to achieve the best results.
Join us every Monday night from 6-7pm for our Strength Training for Runners class, taught by Dr. Sara. She is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and former D1 collegiate cross country and track athlete who specializes in working with runners. Classes will be held at Perform Physical Therapy 4415 Genesee Ave, San Diego, CA 92117.
