1:1 in person personal training
Our certified strength and conditioning specialist Sophie Bartels facilitates our individualized personal training using injury prevention principles as a foundation. One-on-one in person training sessions include individualized programming to fit your needs and goals to build strength, fitness and confidence! Each session includes a proper warm up, real time education and coaching, safe progression, and prehab principles to prevent injury. Whether you’re fresh out of physical therapy and want continuation of care and programming or you’re looking to avoid pain and injury, working with a certified personal trainer is the answer!
This type of programming is for individuals who; are new to exercise and need accountability, coaching and education when it comes to proper form and strength training, are recovering from an injury and want to return to exercise safely with greater function and mobility, as well as more experienced gym goers who want trained professionals to help them achieve physical objectives like body composition and hitting fitness goals.
